• Position : Project Coordinator – Construction/Renovation

• Location : Gambas Crescent (Sembawang) / Client-Site

• Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Occasional Saturday site attendance may be required, depending on project needs.

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : $3500-$4200 per month + AWS + 10 Days Annual Leave + Transport Claims

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Contractor/Renovation

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and monitoring construction or renovation activities.

• Coordinate daily project and site activities with clients, designers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.

• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, schedules and basic cost-tracking records.

• Monitor site progress and promptly escalate delays, defects, safety issues and project risks.

• Coordinate material deliveries, procurement requirements and site access where required.

• Support compliance with workplace safety, environmental and company procedures.

• Attend site meetings and prepare follow-up records or action lists.

• Perform other reasonable project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
  

Requirements:

• Candidates with a relevant diploma or degree and limited experience may be considered if they possess sound technical knowledge, strong coordination skills and a willingness to learn. Structured on-the-job guidance will be provided.

• Knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry regulations
