Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their enquiries

• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and preferences

• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system

• Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is well displayed

• Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the retail store

Requirements

• Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage; training will be provided

• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality

• Able to work on a roster, including weekends and public holidays
