As an Electrical Manager (LTA ACMV), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead technical design development and cost estimation for prospective projects, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.

• Provide engineering and technical support to ongoing projects across the organization.

• Prepare and review engineering designs to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and applicable codes.

• Oversee the preparation and submission of competitive, accurate, and cost-effective tender proposals.

• Analyze project opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to develop winning tender strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, developers, building owners, and suppliers to support business growth.

• Conduct price negotiations and supplier evaluations to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and delivery requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team and electrical engineering staff to achieve project and organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

• Experience in leadership and managerial duties

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in relevant field

• Preferably experienced in LTA and ACMV projects
