Rotating Shift (2-week rotation)

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Working Schedule

5-Day Work Week

Salary & Benefits

• Gross salary: $3,000++

• Shift allowance:

  • 2nd Shift: $18/day

  • 3rd Shift: $24/day

• Company transport / Grab claim provided for 2nd shift employees

• AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities :

• Operate and set up MRF polishing machines

• Load, unload and centre optical components

• Perform 2D and 3D measurements using metrology equipment

• Conduct surface quality inspections on optical lenses

• Create tools and run parts on CCP machines

• Perform lacquering, cementing, decementing and cleaning processes

• Monitor radius, PV and RMS values during production

• Carry out preventive maintenance and housekeeping

• Maintain workplace safety standards and 5S practices

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related discipline

• Basic CNC machine operation knowledge is required

• Familiar with Excel and SPC data collection

• Able to work rotating shifts in a manufacturing environment
