Job Description :

Location : Woodlands

Gross Salary: $3,000++ and Above

5-Day Work Week

Rotating Shift (2-Week Rotation)

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Available Positions :

1. Chamfering / Beveling Technician

Responsible for performing chamfering and beveling processes on optical components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform chamfering and beveling operations

• Set up and operate chamfering/beveling equipment

• Inspect finished products for edge quality and dimensions

• Conduct basic machine maintenance and housekeeping

• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and 5S standards

2. Technician / Operator (Machine) – Coating

Responsible for operating coating equipment and vacuum chambers to produce high-quality optical components.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate vacuum coating chambers and coating machines

• Apply thin-film coatings according to specifications

• Use spectrometers and metrology equipment for measurements

• Perform machine maintenance and preventive maintenance

• Monitor production output and quality standards

• Maintain production records and machine logs

Requirements :

• Minimum O Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Basic CNC machine operation knowledge preferred

• Manufacturing experience is an advantage

• Able to work rotating shifts

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Able to follow safety procedures and use PPE
