As an Assistant Manager, Social Care (West), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the research, planning, and implementation of initiatives that promote social-health integration and strengthen community care services.

• Assist in developing strategies and work plans aligned with organisational priorities and evolving health and social care needs.

• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and reports to support management discussions and strategic decision-making.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, government agencies, community organisations, and external partners.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to identify needs, align objectives, and foster collaborative partnerships.

• Coordinate discussions among diverse stakeholders to achieve consensus and shared project outcomes.

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of partnership initiatives and pilot programmes to ensure successful implementation.

• Monitor project timelines, track progress, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Assist in evaluating pilot programmes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and broader implementation.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor degree in any discipline
