Job Scope:

Senior / Service Engineer

• Install, test, commission, and maintain equipment at customer sites.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to schedule service visits and resolve technical issues.

Sales Engineer

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.

• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable products or engineering solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions based on customer specifications.

• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with customers.

• Follow up on sales enquiries, negotiate contracts, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
