• Position : Programming Engineer (BMS / PLC / HVAC Controls)

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Location: Office in Boon Lay-Islandwide

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6500 Basic + $50 Transport allowance + $50 mobile + Minimum 2 months Variable Bonus (max up to 5 MONTHS BONUS) + 16 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Overtime

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Refrigerating, Air-conditioning & Ventilation Machinery - MNC

Main responsibilities :

• Provide engineering support from project validation through implementation.

• Identify equipment and material requirements during the validation phase.

• Prepare engineering documents, technical submittals and bills of quantities.

• Program control devices and develop BMS graphics based on project requirements.

• Support system testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.

• Prepare operation and maintenance manuals and project documentation.

• Ensure all work complies with applicable quality, safety and EHS standards.

• Perform other project-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Building Automation or a related discipline.

• One to two years of relevant engineering or project experience is preferred.

• Exposure to PLC programming, BMS, HVAC, chillers or energy management systems is advantageous.

• Knowledge of IT networking, databases or programming languages is advantageous.

• Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus or LON is advantageous.

• Candidates with relevant internship or project exposure may also be considered.

• Able to travel to project sites islandwide when required.
