Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of quality assurance standards, monitoring processes and procedures for all MRO activities.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving issues in workshop/maintenance processes.

  • Support and implement Safety Management System (SMS) requirements, hazard identification and risk management.

  • Monitor and follow up on corrective actions taken to mitigate identified risks.

  • Prepare and deliver reports on company safety performance, recommending targeted safety trainings.

  • Manage training approvals, identify training needs and provide initial/recurrent training programs (Quality, Authority, HF, SMS).

  • Assist in airworthiness authority audits, third-party inspections and plan/execute internal and external audits.

  • Conduct supplier evaluations and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Manage internal and external non-conformance processes, including RCCA development, review and corrective action tracking.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects, business excellence initiatives and updates to MOE/internal procedures.

  • Monitor equipment calibration schedules, review calibration reports and ensure compliance.

  • Review and update bi-weekly Airworthiness Directives (FAR, EASA, CCAR, JCAB) to maintain regulatory compliance.

  • Plan and conduct of Internal and external audit (Sub-contractor/Ad-hoc).

  • Develop, review, and amend general procedures related to MRO activities.

  • Report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, assisting in all QA/QC activities and supporting organizational goals.

Job Qualification & Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering.

  • 3 years of experience in Aerospace Quality and Auditing, with a minimum of 3 years as a QMS Auditor or Lead Auditor.

  • Familiar with AS9100 and EASA/FAA/CAAS/CAAC Part 145.

  • NADCAP Special Process Auditing experience (e.g. Non-Destructive Testing, Chemical Processing, Welding) is advantageous.​

  • CAAS Air Legislation Paper.

  • Knowledge of basic engineering and aircraft component repair.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities, and an assertive yet tactful approach.​

  • Able to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time.

  • Able to work effectively with minimum supervision.

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, organization and project management skills.
