Customer Development Manager (Key Account) FMCG Personal Care - #1168666

Our client is a Germany MNC . Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Development Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Customer Development Manager:

• Drive overall sales performance by achieving sales targets while ensuring budget control and profitability

• Partner closely with retailers and distributors to formulate and implement long-term business growth strategies

• Plan and execute effective sales and trade marketing initiatives

• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align trade and above-the-line activities with business objectives

• Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing structures, and trading terms

• Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of sales and marketing campaigns

• Prepare and monitor sales forecasts to support market demand planning

• Oversee demand planning and inventory movement to ensure smooth operations

• Identify business opportunities and gaps to drive continuous growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.

• Proven experience within the Malaysia market.

• Prior experience in the Personal Care or Pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.

• Experience managing MY retailer, distributors, and modern trade channels.
