IPrint Express Pte Ltd is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team.

This is a fully on-site combined graphic design and customer service role. The position involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, designing and checking artwork, coordinating confirmed orders and submitting jobs to the production team.

Established in 2013, IPrint Express Pte Ltd provides commercial printing services to businesses and organisations in Singapore.

Our products include booklets, brochures, namecards, stickers, packaging, posters, large-format printing and other customised print materials.

We are looking for a responsible and motivated team member who can provide reliable artwork and customer service support.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and understand customers’ printing requirements, timelines and artwork needs.

• Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements and specifications.

• Follow up on quotations, artwork submissions, approvals, payments and order confirmations.

• Coordinate customer orders from the enquiry stage until production completion.

• Prepare and design print-ready artwork for booklets, brochures, namecards, packaging, stickers, posters and other printed materials.

• Check, modify and adjust customer-provided artwork when required.

• Ensure artwork meets printing specifications, production requirements and quality standards.

• Submit confirmed artwork and order details to the production team.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.

• Provide professional customer service and assist with printing and order-related matters.

• Manage multiple customer enquiries and projects efficiently.

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant experience in a printing company, graphic design studio or related industry is preferred.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with Adobe InDesign will be an advantage.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and macOS.

• Knowledge of print-ready artwork preparation, bleed, safe margins, CMYK colours, image resolution and printing specifications.

• Able to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate orders professionally.

• Strong attention to detail in artwork checking, file preparation and quotation handling.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to communicate effectively in English and handle Chinese-language customer enquiries and artwork when required.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work closely with customers and the production team.

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology or a related field is preferred.

• Candidates with commercial printing, quotation or production coordination experience will have an advantage.

• Experience creating social media content, including Facebook and Instagram posts, content and short-form videos, will be an advantage.

• Experience managing product listings, product images, promotional content or online stores on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee will be an advantage.

Salary

S$2,000 to S$3,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and skills.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am to 1:30pm
