About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Creative Designer to join our dynamic design team at our Kaki Bukit East Region office. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling and innovative designs for our medical products and marketing materials. As a Creative Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of Fei Fah Medical Manufacturing, ensuring that our brand communicates excellence, reliability, and innovation to our diverse audience of healthcare professionals and patients.

What you'll be doing

• Create visually engaging graphic designs for medical product packaging, labelling, and promotional materials

• Develop brand guidelines, visual identities, and design systems that reflect company values and resonate with target audiences

• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and compliance requirements

• Produce digital and print designs including brochures, presentations, website graphics, and social media content

• Conduct research on design trends, competitor analysis, and market positioning to inform creative direction

• Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback whilst maintaining the integrity of the original creative vision

• Ensure all designs adhere to regulatory standards and medical industry guidelines relevant to healthcare communications

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines whilst maintaining high-quality standards

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to support business objectives

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience in a commercial or manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or equivalent

• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout techniques

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including packaging, branding, or product design

• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders

• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing work that meets the highest standards

• Experience with medical or healthcare product design is highly desirable

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the medical industry is a plus

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects effectively

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
