• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Provide professional customer service and respond promptly to client enquiries.

• Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and follow-up activities.

• Attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events while contributing to business growth and achieving sales targets.
