Job Scope

Money Exchange and Remittance

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform money exchange and remittance transactions

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customer enquiries

• Handle cash accurately and responsibly

• Conduct compliance checks for all transactions

• Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts, and calculate daily transactions using computers, calculators, or adding machines.

• Use computer systems for transaction processing, able to use computer well

• Required to work on weekends

• Good Team Player
