Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV) for production materials.
- Source, evaluate, qualify, and manage suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships and monitoring supplier performance.
- Monitor purchase orders, expedite deliveries, and resolve procurement-related issues to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in a manufacturing, petrochemical, chemical, or industrial environment.
- Proven experience in sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and commercial negotiations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP procurement systems.
