About the Role

Are you ready to fast-track your career and step into a future leadership role? This 2-year Management Trainee Programme is designed to groom high-potential individuals who aspire to make an impact and grow with our company.

Through structured rotations, hands-on projects, and close mentorship, you’ll gain broad exposure across key business functions. The programme offers two exciting tracks to choose from:

1. Corporate Services Track – HR, Finance, IT, and Special Projects

2. Retail Track – Retail Management, Marketing/Ecommerce, and Logistics & Supply Chain

Every 6–12 months, you’ll rotate within your chosen track, taking on new challenges and building a well-rounded skill set. Upon successful completion, you’ll be well-positioned to take on a management role and shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training across multiple functions

• Contribute to key business projects and help drive process improvements

• Support the execution of Management’s strategies and initiatives

• Analyse business challenges and present data-driven solutions

• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve team and company goals

• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and leadership development activities

• Provide business and administrative support to Management as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn

• Able to contribute in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
