Job Overview

The Business Development Manager – FAS works closely with the Country Leader and Global Business Development Director to develop and execute the regional business development and sales strategy in alignment with global objectives. This role is responsible for driving business growth by building strong customer relationships, delivering value-driven solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals, enhance service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to established business development processes and ethical sales practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional business development and sales strategy for the FAS business across Southeast Asia in collaboration with business and operations leaders.

• Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic customer accounts and business opportunities.

• Lead the pursuit, negotiation, and successful closure of new business opportunities with key clients.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are adequately resourced and delivered successfully throughout their lifecycle.

• Coordinate proposal development with planning, estimating, operations, and sales support teams.

• Manage and maintain the regional Salesforce pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and update sales materials, presentations, and proposals while maintaining consistent brand messaging.

• Foster strong collaboration across regional teams and business lines to identify cross-selling opportunities and support business growth.

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field required.

• Prior experience in the Facility Services or related industry is preferred.
