Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving, storing and issuing of goods
Timely preparation of materials for project needs
Maintain updated and accuracy of inventories
Maintaining warehouse tidiness and perform housekeeping of warehouse from time to time
Participate in stock counts and reconciliation against ERP inventory
Monitor stock against agreed inventory levels and re-order as required
Ensure stock items have appropriate codes
Ensure full traceability of all stored materials/Items
Issue materials for Site/Project as required
Use stores requisition system and keep records
Use tooling control system
Handles various reports (as requested)
Report damage to incoming materials or equipment
Participate in audits on stores activities and other projects
Contribute to the compilation of stores operational procedures
Ensure PPE record is up to date
Monitor all Calibration tools & Equipment
Submit monthly reports for inventory, tools and Equipment
Abide to the Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External)
Other duties as assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
Min GCE ‘O’ level
2 Years experience at project Logistics is preferred
Candidate with effective Warehouse & Inventory Management Course Certificate is Preferred
Computer Literacy and knowledge in MS Office Excel Application
Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) When required.
Able to work independently maintaining records and have a disciplined approach to data management and filing
Ability to take the initiative
Committed and dedicated to assigned duties by the company
