Job Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and troubleshoot server systems and rack-mounted products in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.

• Perform testing procedures and accurately record test results.

• Support packing, labeling, shipping, and other production-related activities as required.

• Conduct BIOS validation, burn-in testing, pressure testing, and other technical tests where applicable.

• Follow established testing procedures, safety requirements, and operational guidelines to ensure product quality and reliability.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to 5S housekeeping practices.

• Comply with all workplace safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

• Be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (mandatory).

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, testing, or a related environment.

• Basic computer literacy with good technical aptitude.

• Ability to follow work instructions, testing procedures, and quality standards.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
