Key Responsibilities

• Debone, skin, slice, trim, and portion meat according to production requirements or customer orders.

• Weigh and sort meat products based on specifications.

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment in line with food safety standards.

• Work with the production team to meet daily output targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using knives, mincers, slicers, and related meat preparation equipment.

• Comfortable working in an 8–12°C environment. Uniforms will be provided.

• Must be open for night shift (04:00am - 1:20pm)
