Brief Summary

• Basic up to $5500 + AWS + VB

• 5 Days : 8.30am-5.30pm

• Working Location @ North Area

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes with foundries, ensuring DFM.

• Interpret PDKs, support design teams, and evaluate new foundry processes.

• Fabricate and integrate opto-electronics processes per guidelines.

• Conduct tests to assess device design, performance, and compliance.

• Collaborate with teams to verify device specifications and performance.

• Analyze yield data, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

• Support tape-out, mass production, and process monitoring.

• Document test results, analyze performance, and adapt to project needs.

Requirements:

• BEng (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Material Sc or BSc Physics)

• Preferred 2-3 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication process and integration

• Experience in leading new tape out project full cycle with client is preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  Problem analysis and problem-solving skill
