Senior Regional Finance Manager - #1168481

Responsibilities

1. Manage overseas finance teams and take ownership of financial reporting, consolidation, business analysis, budgeting, treasury, and external audit matters for overseas entities

2. Liaise with internal stakeholders to establish and improve controls over key financial processes

3. Manage ad hoc financial due diligence for M&A projects

4. Collaborate with business units on post-acquisition integration of financial processes

5. Participate as a finance representative in cross-functional projects and activities

6. Support the professional development of the team

7. Any other relevant tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or a related field, with a CPA qualification

2. Experience in advanced accounting areas including cost accounting, tax planning, financial planning and budget preparation

3. At least 8 years of financial management experience within large or medium-sized high-tech enterprises, including working with overseas finance teams

4. Familiarity with financing, capital operations, tax planning and cost control

5. Strong ownership and commercial awareness, with the ability to understand the business quickly so that financial management actively supports business growth

6. Strong communication skills, logical thinking and data analysis ability
