Job Description:

Carry out periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the property.

Keep proper records of M & E readings and to monitor the performance of plant and equipment.

Check all service contactors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to the PE or CM/ACM.

Attend to complaints received through feedback from the management office.

Carry out minor tasks assigned by the PE or CM/ACM with regard to the physical maintenance of the property (e.g. changing of bulbs, painting, minor repairs etc).

Any other duties assigned by the CM/ACM.

Job Requirements:

NTC Certificate on Facilities technology, Mechanical or Electrical.

At least 3 years and above MCST Experience in managing residential, industrial or mixed development.
