Main Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Management

• Sells EV Charging Services to customers, achieving sales volume and mix targets assigned.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships ensuring positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Create added value for customers by providing tailored proposals and offerings.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Sales Planning, Marketing & New Opportunities

• Prepare sales plans, perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plans.

• Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. Conduct sales presentation.

• Identify and support new market opportunities and expansion into underpenetrated or high-potential areas.

• Share knowledge and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Sales Offer Preparation and Administration

• Manages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.

• Prepares offer with the team, ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects.

• Participates on negotiations of key contracts.

Pre-requisites:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business.

• Min 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

• Good relationship with OEM, SI and End User, and experience in tendering and managing projects would be an added advantage.

• Competency in DWG, AutoCAD is a plus point.

The successful candidate will be based at 26 Senoko Avenue. Company shuttle bus pickup/dropoff point at Sembawang MRT station.
