Our client is a leading organisation specialised in developing advanced Semiconductor equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design and develop semiconductor backend machines.

• Responsible for Continuous Improvement Programme (CIP) and engineering field support.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.

• 1-5 years relevant experience in automation or semiconductor machines. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for Senior Engineer.

• Proficient in any 3D design software eg Pro-E, Autocad, Solidworks etc

• Knowledge in FMEA, GD&T, pick & place equipment/ loader is an added advantage

• A good team player with good interpersonal communication skills
