Inventory & Logistics Operations Executive - #1168379

You are responsible for managing end-to-end shipping, order fulfilment, and inventory coordination. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient operations, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation, while supporting continuous improvement in logistics and supply chain processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full shipping and order fulfilment process

• Work with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve inventory and fulfilment processes

• Implement inventory control processes to reduce stock-outs and overstocking

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, suppliers, and customers on shipment matters

• Managed 3rd party warehousing and logistics to meet fulfilment

• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including documentation and negotiation

• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely shipment to customers’ fulfilment

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, and Customer Service teams

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain

• Experience in shipping documentation and negotiation is preferred

• Good knowledge of shipping procedures and export documentation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination
