This position will start off as about 11 months contract.
Location:
Nanyang Polytechnic (At Yio Chu Kang)
Duties:
Handle customer enquiries over counter, phone and emails.
Handle or resolve customer service-related issues efficiently using established procedures/methods.
Handle administrative matters such as coordinating meetings/seminars/training, staff suggestion system, Innovation & Quality System etc.
Support department and company level events.
Working Hour:
Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
