Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building facilities while delivering excellent customer service to tenants, occupants, visitors, and stakeholders. Ensure that facilities are maintained in a safe, efficient, and service-oriented environment, while coordinating with contractors and responding promptly to operational and customer-related matters.
Be Part of Our Success
Oversee daily building operations and facilities maintenance activities.
Conduct routine inspections of building facilities, equipment, and common areas to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety requirements.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance contractors, service providers, and vendors.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for building systems, including electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, plumbing, and security systems.
Follow up on defects, repair works, and service requests to ensure timely completion.
Maintain proper records, reports, permits, and documentation related to facilities operations.
Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), security, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
Manage procurement of facilities-related services, equipment, and assets, including vendor engagement, quotation evaluation, purchasing, and cost control.
Maintain and manage inventory of building and facilities assets and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records, asset registers, and asset movement documentation.
Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accountability and accuracy.
Track asset usage, maintenance history, and replacement requirements.
Generate inventory and asset reports for management review.
Serve as the point of contact for facilities-related enquiries, requests, and feedback.
Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and service providers to resolve facilities-related issues promptly.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding maintenance activities, operational updates, and service disruptions.
Support and augment the Customer Service Team when required.
Deliver professional and responsive customer service to ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualities We Value
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building operations, or inventory management.
Knowledge of building maintenance practices, contractor management, inventory control processes, and procurement activities.
Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and building safety regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
