Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building facilities while delivering excellent customer service to tenants, occupants, visitors, and stakeholders. Ensure that facilities are maintained in a safe, efficient, and service-oriented environment, while coordinating with contractors and responding promptly to operational and customer-related matters.


Be Part of Our Success

  • Oversee daily building operations and facilities maintenance activities.

  • Conduct routine inspections of building facilities, equipment, and common areas to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety requirements.

  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance contractors, service providers, and vendors.

  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for building systems, including electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, plumbing, and security systems.

  • Follow up on defects, repair works, and service requests to ensure timely completion.

  • Maintain proper records, reports, permits, and documentation related to facilities operations.

  • Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), security, and emergency preparedness initiatives.

  • Manage procurement of facilities-related services, equipment, and assets, including vendor engagement, quotation evaluation, purchasing, and cost control.

  • Maintain and manage inventory of building and facilities assets and equipment.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, asset registers, and asset movement documentation.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accountability and accuracy.

  • Track asset usage, maintenance history, and replacement requirements.

  • Generate inventory and asset reports for management review.

  • Serve as the point of contact for facilities-related enquiries, requests, and feedback.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and service providers to resolve facilities-related issues promptly.

  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding maintenance activities, operational updates, and service disruptions.

  • Support and augment the Customer Service Team when required.

  • Deliver professional and responsive customer service to ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.


Qualities We Value

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building operations, or inventory management.

  • Knowledge of building maintenance practices, contractor management, inventory control processes, and procurement activities.

  • Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and building safety regulations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
