1. Assurance, Audits, Inspections & Enforcement Support

Support assurance activities end-to-end—from planning and execution to follow-up and closure.

• Support audits, inspections, and enforcement administration, and related tracking/reconciliation activities.

• Conduct or support airside inspections (e.g., worksites, roadway conditions), using checklists and standards; document findings and close the loop on actions.

• Support training quality assurance/audits for operational competency programmes (e.g., theory/practical licensing pathways; and future specialised equipment training audits where applicable).

• Ensure evidence trails are maintained (records, dashboards, audit artefacts, action tracking).

2. Partner Engagement & Field Collaboration

• Partner closely with ground handlers and service providers to align on standards, expectations, and performance improvement plans.

• Facilitate operational discussions using data: performance reviews, learning sessions, corrective action follow-ups, and best-practice sharing.

• Support capability-building initiatives with partners (e.g., improving training quality, audit preparation, incident prevention).

• Promote a consistent assurance culture—balancing operational practicality with clear safety expectations.
