Healthcare Attendant (Night Shift Only) - #1168257

Fixed Night Shift 7.00pm to 7.00am
5 days work week, rotational off.

Key responsibilities

1. Providing personal care assistance to patients, including helping with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming

2. Supporting qualified nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering clinical care and treatments

3. Maintaining patient comfort and dignity by ensuring a clean and safe environment

4. Assisting with vital signs monitoring and basic health observations under supervision

5. Supporting maternal and child health services, including assistance during postnatal visits and child health clinics

6. Communicating compassionately with patients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance

7. Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care activities and observations

8. Adhering to infection control procedures and maintaining strict hygiene standards

9. Assisting with the movement and mobilisation of patients safely and appropriately

10. Supporting the coordination of patient care schedules and appointments

11. Reporting any changes in patient condition or concerns to nursing staff promptly
