Job Overview

• Located at North East

• Mon – Fri, and Alternate Half Saturday (Shift Work Required)

  • Shift 1: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

  • Shift 2: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM (Shift Allowance: S$10/day)

  • Shift 3: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM (Shift Allowance: S$15/day)

• Up to 5,500

• AWS, Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for assembly and testing processes across different product lines.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes.

• Support failure analysis, process investigations, and provide feedback for design improvements.

• Analyse production data and KPIs to identify opportunities for process optimisation.

• Lead technical training and mentor junior technicians to enhance team capabilities.

• Support production planning and daily operations together with the Senior Team Lead.

• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Participate in continuous improvement and new process implementation projects.

Ideal Candidate

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science or related disciplines).

• At least 3–5 years of Semiconductor manufacturing experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and systematic problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, assembly, and testing processes.

• Leadership or mentoring experience is an advantage.

• Comfortable analysing production data using Excel. Experience with JMP or Minitab is a plus.

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or advanced packaging processes (e.g. Die Attach, TCB, FOWL, Flip Chip) will be an added advantage.
