Soup Restaurant Group

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase restaurant footfall, and boost online delivery/e-commerce sales. As a key leader bridging the gap between our kitchen and our customers, you will also work closely with our culinary experts to shape our menu offerings and the campaigns that bring them to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with business objectives and sales targets.

  • Cross-Department R&D & Brainstorming: Work hands-on with the culinary team during the Research & Development (R&D) process. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, food tastings, and menu conceptualization to craft innovative, story-driven campaigns around new and seasonal dishes.

  • E-commerce & Delivery Platforms: Manage and optimize marketing efforts across our proprietary e-commerce site and third-party delivery platforms (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo) to maximize visibility and revenue.

  • Campaign Management: Spearhead seasonal promotional campaigns (e.g., Chinese New Year, Parents' Day, outlet openings) across all traditional and digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and strong ROI.

  • Digital & Social Media: Oversee the company’s digital footprint, including website management, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu).

  • Partnerships & PR: Negotiate strategic tie-ups with banks and corporate partners. Act as the brand custodian, managing public relations efforts, media queries, and relationships with food influencers/KOLs.

  • CRM & Loyalty: Manage and optimize the customer loyalty program to improve customer retention and lifetime value.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is highly preferred.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A genuine passion for food and a proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, particularly chefs and operations staff.

  • Platform Expertise: Strong familiarity with e-commerce operations and food delivery partner platforms.

  • Digital Savvy: Proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, and performance marketing.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous to effectively communicate with our traditional demographic and Chinese-speaking stakeholders/media.
