Shipping Coordinator (Serangoon/ Office Hours) - #1168194

• Salary: Up to $4,000/ month

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage shipping documents (D/O, Commercial Invoice, Packing List)
• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely deliveries
• Update shipment details in Oracle system and customer portals
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, and warehouse teams
• Monitor shipment status and shipping reports
• Troubleshoot shipment/documentation issues and coordinate corrective actions
• Support daily shipping operations, manpower allocation, and training of new team members

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant shipping / logistics experience
• Experience in shipping documentation and shipment coordination
• Able to work independently and handle shipment issues
