Monthly Salary: S$ 3,100.00 – S$ 4,100.00

About the Company & Role

Our client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of semiconductor and electronics assembly equipment. The company provides capital equipment, consumables, and aftermarket services that enable high-precision packaging for automotive, consumer, communications, computing, and industrial markets. We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Engineer/ Associate Engineer to lead equipment assembly, testing, and system diagnostics.

What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing complex module assembly and high-precision testing.

• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum system faults.

• Driving process improvements, updating test procedures, and checking MES data integrity.

• Supporting qualification builds, engineering changes, and new product introductions.

• Maintaining strict safety protocols and promoting cross-training across product lines.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in any related Engineering field.

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems.

• Proven ability to analyze technical issues and execute correct solutions.

• Leadership qualities to guide small technical teams.

• Open to working 5 or 6 days with shift rotations (with shift allowance).
