About the Role:

• Manage daily venue operations, including event setup, logistics, and turnover.

• Coordinate and support a wide range of events, programmes, and festive activities.

• Work with stakeholders, vendors, volunteers, and community partners.

• Ensure facilities, equipment, and venues are safe, well‑maintained, and ready for use.

• Track venue utilisation, schedules, and basic operational records.
  

About You

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

• Experience in venue operations, event management, community facilities, or programme delivery.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Relevant Experience (Depending on Venue Assigned)

Arts Venues: 5–10 years of theatre or performing arts venue management experience, with sound and visual knowledge for live productions and screenings.

Community / Sports Venues: 3–5 years of event management experience, preferably managing large‑scale events (10,000+ participants).

Eco & Wellness Venues: 3–5 years of experience in organic farming, landscaping, or eco‑facility management.

Wellness / Active Ageing Centres: 3–5 years of experience in an Active Ageing Centre, Senior Activity Centre, or similar community care environment.
