Key Responsibilities

• Conduct airside operational inspections and safety assurance activities.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, inspections, and enforcement administration.
• Monitor and track corrective actions arising from audits and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and audit documentation.
• Engage operational partners and stakeholders to improve compliance and safety performance.
• Support training quality assurance and operational competency programmes.
• Participate in operational reviews, learning sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety and compliance culture across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Aviation, Engineering, Safety Management, Operations, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in aviation operations, safety operations, compliance, inspections, audits, or operational support will be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a field-based environment and conducting site inspections.
• Possess strong attention to detail and report-writing capability.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up on action items effectively.
