Coordinate with internal professional teams to drive project implementation and ensure successful execution.

Manage the operational quality of cross-border logistics projects.
Support country teams in launching and implementing new business initiatives.
Product Management & Optimisation
Review and analyse existing cross-border logistics products and services.
Continuously optimise and upgrade products based on company development stages, market conditions, and evolving customer requirements.
Market Research & Business Analysis
Conduct research on international markets, industry trends, and product offerings to provide relevant solutions and market insights.
Support country and regional teams in solving business challenges and achieving performance targets.
Perform market data analysis and contribute to the improvement of business analysis frameworks.
Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Assist in establishing business KPIs and performance measurement requirements.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Department / Manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Logistics Management, Engineering, Science, or other related disciplines.
Internship experience in marketing, logistics, express delivery, or related industries will be an advantage.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (Chinese), as the role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking internal and external stakeholders.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to take on challenges and able to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel overseas when required.
B. Human Resources & Administration Management Trainee
Recruitment
Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle for campus and experienced hiring, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, talent assessment, and employer branding initiatives.
Analyse recruitment data and continuously optimise recruitment channels and hiring efficiency to support manpower needs across domestic and overseas operations.
Organisation & Talent Development
Participate in organisation diagnosis and organisational structure optimisation initiatives.
Support the development and implementation of talent review, succession planning, management development programmes, and employee training systems.
Design and execute talent development programmes to enhance employee capabilities across global operations.
Compensation, Performance Management & Employee Relations
Assist in compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, payroll-related activities, and incentive programme design.
Support performance management implementation and application of performance results.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Support labour risk management, employee communication, conflict resolution, and the establishment of positive employee relations.
Organisational Culture
Participate in building and promoting corporate culture initiatives.
Plan employee engagement activities and strengthen organisational cohesion.
Support the implementation and communication of company values across global regions.
Special Projects Implementation
Participate in HR digitalisation, process standardisation, and HR data analytics projects.
Prepare data reports and insights to support HR decision-making.
Collaborate across different HR functions to drive key HR and administrative projects.
Coordinate internal and external resources, manage project timelines, and support project execution, review, and continuous improvement.
