Working Hours (Fixed Shift)
Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturday

1st Shift

6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
45-minute break

2nd Shift

2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
45-minute break
Shift Allowance: $10/day

3rd Shift

10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
45-minute break
Shift Allowance: $15/day

Job Scope

Build, test and troubleshoot wire bonding machines.
Products are used in semiconductor manufacturing, including devices such as smartphones, smart watches and electric vehicles.

Requirements

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering-related courses.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Comfortable wearing a smock jacket during work.
