CLEANING SUPERVISOR - #1168058

As a Cleaning Supervisor at NATIONWELL SERVICES PTE LTD, you will play a key role in overseeing efficient and effective cleaning operations for our clients in the Tuas West region. This full-time position requires you to lead and manage a team of cleaners while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners to ensure all cleaning duties are carried out efficiently and to a high standard

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleaning quality and identify areas for improvement

• Provide training, guidance, and support to cleaning staff to enhance their skills and performance

• Liaise with clients to understand and meet their cleaning requirements and expectations

• Maintain proper records of cleaning activities, attendance, and inventory

• Troubleshoot and resolve cleaning-related issues promptly and effectively

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations at all times

• Attend to faults, feedback, and operational issues when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar cleaning supervisory role

• Candidates must be proficient in English to communicate with supervisors, read work instructions and handle basic reporting.

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

• Good attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness and service quality

• Effective communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in handling cleaning equipment, chemicals, and materials

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

• 6-day work week (Rotating Off Day)

• Fixed shift available:
  7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
