Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies during all service activities.
• Lead and support system project commissioning activities at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and expertise during factory testing for specialized projects.
• Investigate engine and equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective solutions.
• Deliver after-sales technical support and on-site service to distributors, dealers, and customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance records.
• Develop in-depth expertise in power generation products, systems, and related technologies.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior field service engineers and technical personnel.
• Conduct service and troubleshooting training for distributors and dealers to maintain high service standards.
• Assess and evaluate the technical capabilities of distributors and dealers.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of service processes and procedures.
• Undertake additional service-related duties and technical training assignments as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant field service, commissioning, maintenance, or technical support experience.
• Experience in power generation equipment, engines, or related industrial systems.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and provide effective technical solutions for equipment failures.
• Experience delivering technical training and mentoring engineering personnel.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
• Strong presentation, verbal communication, and technical report-writing skills.
