• Position: Customer Onboarding & Implementation Executive, APAC (Logistics)

• Location: Somerset

• Working hours: 5-day work week | Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 Basic + $800 Annual Health Screening Benefits + $1,500 Annual Flexi Benefits + 14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of global and strategic customer accounts across APAC

• Support project plans, timelines, milestones and customer go-live activities

• Gather customer requirements and document operational processes and workflows

• Coordinate account setup with Sales, Operations, IT, Finance and Compliance teams

• Prepare and maintain SOPs, system access, reporting requirements and account configurations

• Monitor implementation progress and escalate risks, delays or operational issues promptly

• Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders

• Support post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline

• At least one year of relevant experience in freight forwarding, customer onboarding, key account support or operations coordination

• Experience in freight-forwarding implementation or customer account onboarding is advantageous
