Interior Design cum Project Executive (Retail industry) - #1167975

• Prepare layout plans, 3D drawings, and design concepts for retail stores, kiosks, and pop-up counters.

• Develop interior design concepts and select suitable materials, furniture, and finishes.

• Manage retail fit-out and renovation projects from start to completion.

• Coordinate with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure work quality.

• Prepare renovation submissions and maintain project documentation.

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design or retail fit-out projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

• Knowledge of renovation, carpentry, electrical, and fit-out works.

• Good project coordination and communication skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about retail design.
