• Position: Customer Service Executive – Catering Operations

• Location: Bedok

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) & 1 Saturday per month

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: F&B

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist and attend to customers enquiries/complaints

• Generate orders and quotation

• Handle and attend to customers food tasting session when necessary

• Cooperate and liaise with other departments

• Liaise with outsource suppliers when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in admin/customer service

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
