Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software solutions for industrial automation and machine control systems.
Develop and integrate machine control software, HMI applications, and motion control solutions.
Support control system design, system integration, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
Perform software debugging, validation, and optimization to ensure system performance and reliability.
Participate in equipment testing, commissioning, and site support where required.
Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver automation projects within project timelines.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation in accordance with engineering and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and engineering best practices.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in industrial automation, machine automation, or equipment control software development.
Knowledge of control system architecture, machine safety concepts, and engineering documentation.
Experience in PC-based motion control and HMI development using C#, .NET, or equivalent programming languages.
Hands-on experience in PLC programming, I/O configuration, and industrial communication protocols.
Exposure to SCADA development will be an advantage.
Ability to prepare electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar software.
Familiarity with industrial fieldbus or communication protocols (e.g. EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, Profinet, Ethernet/IP) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
