Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for private residential and landed property projects.

• Source quotations, evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals, and recommend cost-effective solutions.

• Prepare and manage tender documents, contracts, and procurement activities.

• Monitor project costs, variations, progress claims, and final accounts to ensure budget control.

• Measure site works and verify quantities for payment claims and variation orders.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve commercial and contractual matters.

• Maintain accurate project cost records, prepare cost reports, and support successful project completion.

Requirements

• Diploma and above in Quantity Surveying and related studies

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction quantity surveying, preferably in landed residential or private housing projects.

• Familiar with Singapore construction practices, building regulations, and industry standards.
