Basic information

• Salary UP $4,500

• Location: North

• AWS + PB (based on individual performance)

Job scope

• Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly reconciliation.

• Process work pass applications and MOM submissions.

• Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support.

• Partner with hiring managers to meet manpower needs.

• Maintain employee records and HR database.

• Provide HR administration and documentation support.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.

• Prepare HR reports and support manpower analysis.

• Process employee claims and coordinate office procurement.

• Support HR audits, employee engagement, and company events.

• Process monthly payroll, including attendance, leave, claims verification, and statutory submissions.

• Handle payroll updates and employee payroll enquiries.

• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
