Mane Stop Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Hair Stylist/Hair Assistant to join our team in the Central Region on a full-time basis. What you'll be doing

1. Providing professional hair cutting, styling, and colouring services to clients in accordance with their preferences and hair health requirements

2. Consulting with clients to understand their desired looks and recommending suitable styles and treatments

3. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the salon, including sterilising tools and equipment

4. Assisting senior stylists with shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for treatments

5. Supporting the salon team with reception duties, appointment scheduling, and client check-ins

6. Keeping up to date with current hair trends, techniques, and products to enhance service quality

7. Building positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty

8. Maintaining accurate records of client preferences and treatment history

9. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

1. A qualification or certification in hairdressing or cosmetology (or equivalent experience for assistant roles)

2. Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, and colouring techniques

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse clientele

4. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of salon hygiene and professionalism

5. The ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also managing your own client base

6. A passion for hair and beauty services and a desire to deliver exceptional client experiences

7. Flexibility and willingness to support the broader salon operations as needed

8. Knowledge of hair products and treatments is advantage.
