About the Role

Join a team focused on stakeholder engagement and partnership development. This role involves supporting outreach efforts, maintaining partner relationships, coordinating communications, and ensuring accurate stakeholder records to facilitate ongoing engagement initiatives.

Salary: $2,760 per month
Contract Duration: 11 Months
Location: East Region
Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:15am–5:45pm | Fri: 8:15am–5:15pm

Key Responsibilities

• Engage existing and prospective partners through calls, emails, and follow-up communications

• Verify, update, and maintain stakeholder contact information in internal databases

• Conduct research to identify updated contact details and organisational information

• Support outreach initiatives and partnership engagement activities

• Follow up with stakeholders before and after engagement sessions or events

• Maintain accurate records of communications, engagement outcomes, and partner interactions

• Prepare reports and updates on stakeholder engagement activities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and information sharing

• Support administrative and operational duties related to outreach and engagement programmes

Requirements

• Min Diploma qualification in relevant field

• Comfortable engaging stakeholders via phone and email

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, customer service, outreach, or administrative support will be an advantage
