Accounts Executive (North/ $4K) BG (ID: 707951) - #1167877

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Accounts Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and process staff reimbursement claims.

• Prepare and execute monthly GIRO/Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments for employees and suppliers.

• Issue debit notes to relevant parties.

• Post receipts for government grants, refunds, and insurance claims.

• Prepare and record monthly journal entries for prepayments, general expenses, accruals, and accounting adjustments.

• Maintain the fixed assets register and calculate monthly depreciation.

• Generate monthly schedules and reports to support audits and tax purposes.

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.

• Process recurring entries for GIRO deductions from leasing companies.

• Prepare monthly cash flow and quarterly foreign exchange reports.

• Calculate and report monthly sales commissions and incentives due to sales staff.

• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

• Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting.

• Proficient in computer applications, especially MS Office.

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong team player with excellent analytical skills.
