Job Responsibilities

• Operate conventional lathe, milling, drilling, and grinding machines to manufacture, repair, and restore precision mechanical components.

• Perform machine setup, select suitable cutting tools and fixtures, and ensure machining is carried out according to engineering specifications.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to produce accurate components.

• Inspect finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with quality and dimensional requirements.

• Maintain machines, tools, and work areas in accordance with workplace safety and preventive maintenance standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating conventional lathe, milling, drilling, and grinding machines in a machining or precision engineering environment.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications with a good understanding of machining processes.

• Familiar with machine setup, cutting tools, workholding fixtures, and precision measuring instruments to achieve quality machining results.
